We've moved to Taunton in February, I was on a lookout for a reliable garage. Tried a few, they all seemed fine, I was just missing that "click" with them. Once somehow Goddard popped up on Facebook, seen a lot of my friends liked them, some even recommended. I was reading the reviews, and decided to give them a go. From start my experience was positive, very friendly, the pick up/drop off service, not being a huge nationwide business, I could feel how friendly they are. Price came second cheapest after comparing all garages (only by a couple of pounds). They came on time, took the car, done the job, brought the car back before the agreed time. Shortly after needed something else done, and again brilliant service, top of that they gone above and beyond. I was well impressed. I also own a BMW, needed oil change. Needless to say prices everywhere were WOW, but Goddard gave me a quote that no one could match, so I was back 3rd time. Again, brilliant, friendly service. Being a carer I drive a lot, the very same day I was out with our work car, indicator bulb has gone. Knowing it was nearly 5pm I thought I just try my luck, as I was not even 5 minutes from them. Thought not really fancy driving till 10pm with indicator gone in the dark. Again very friendly on the phone, I popped down, changed bulb straight away for me. I know people keep saying about their approach and friendliness, but I think you need to experience it for yourself. I recommend them to all my friends now, will always try to book with them, I found "our garage" in Taunton. Thanks Goddard

Had a nightmare with nissan garages over the last couple of years, so I thought I'd try Goddards based on their high google rating and I'm glad I did (wish I'd have done it sooner). I will be using them for everything the car needs in the future. Painless to deal with, friendly staff, good prices. Will recommend to family and friends.

I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me. I went to a National garage close to them who said my brakes were red score and dangerous. I went to Goddard’s to get another quote and they said my brake pads were like new! I went home and checked my invoices and found i had only changed them a year ago! I couldn’t believe it! Working away from home then having an issue with your car is never ideal! These guys were awesome! Found the fault, ordered the part and fixed it at a reasonable price with a few lifts thrown in. Booked in next week for a service & MOT. Thank you.

I took my car there yesterday from the initial phone call to getting there it was excellent service. I needed my brakes looking at also my exhaust needed realigning and my fog light was not working. Within 2 hours of dropping off my car I had a call to give me what I thought was bad news mainly the cost to do the repairs but was pleasantly surprised by the price and all the work was done the same day. I will be returning there in the future with any work I might need doing, thanks everyone great service.
